To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition.

  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Please Note

  • We cannot accept returns due to incorrect size selection. Please refer to our size guide before purchasing.

  • Personalised shirts, customised namesets, patches, and special edition modifications cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled unless faulty.

  • Promotional gifts and complimentary items are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, misuse, or alteration.
