Estimated delivery within 7–14 business days after dispatch.
Priority Shipping
Estimated delivery within 5–10 business days after dispatch.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to follow your parcel every step of the way.
Please note that during peak periods, including holidays, major sporting events and promotional campaigns, delivery times may be extended due to circumstances outside our control.
Delivery Guarantee
Every order is fully tracked and protected.
If your parcel has not arrived within 45 business days from the dispatch date, we will offer either:

For orders containing multiple items, products may occasionally be shipped separately and arrive on different dates.
Customs & Import Charges
Customers will not be required to pay any customs duties or import fees.
Should any unexpected charges arise, The Prince will cover the costs in full.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
If an incorrect address has been supplied:

If the parcel has already been dispatched or returned due to an incorrect address, a reshipping fee may apply.
